The King James scripture says in Proverbs 3:5 TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL THINE HEART; AND LEAN NOT UNTO THINE OWN UNDERSTANDING.

Friends, its easy, to doubt, and just throw in the towel. That is easy. It is a determined, disciplined action, to “trust” God. So you have to make the effort. When those negative thoughts come, that is like the scripture says… “Inclining unto your own understanding” And that is exactly what the devil wants you to do. Be careful with that. We want the mind of Christ, but we have to “submit” to God. Trusting God with all our heart. This is how we resist the enemy, and he will flee. But your mind, has to “trust” God, to “submit to Him.

James 4:7 tells us this. SUBMIT YOURSELVES THEREFORE TO GOD. RESIST THE DEVIL, AND HE WILL FLEE FROM YOU.

Catch yourself, when you are thinking negative, doubting even God. Repent, and tell God you trust Him. This is submitting to God. Blessings and love for you today. No tickling of the ears, just straight truth, and praying we all get it right! Please share this message with your friends.

IN YOUR SORROW YOU CAN CARRY YOUR CROSS BY REACHING OUT IN LOVE ~ By Christian author Elena Ramirez

Do you think about carrying your cross because of Christ?

Sometimes, when we are broken, hurt, grieving, sad, and in pain…..this is the time, we can reach out and help someone else in love. We can relate in compassion. This is the time, we should step out in faith, to share, to be love, to be an extension of Christ.  To carry our cross.

For in these times, we grow, we change, more to the image of Christ. I just sense, because of my writings, my book, HOW TO HAVE FAITH, my blog, ELENAS JUST MY THOUGHTS, and everything, I write, has come from a place, where I grew, from the hard knocks of life, my mistakes, my sins. But also, my triumphs in Christ. And what has worked for me as a principle. So I try to release it, for His glory, and to help others.

To grow in Christ is the goal, to have the mind of Christ, but if you keep your pain in, if you keep this time of refreshing in your own being, you cannot grow, you cannot be the person, God has called you to be.

We are all growing, but we have to understand, being on that vine, with Christ, requires, an understanding of suffering, and pain. For our Lord Jesus, gave His all and all, suffered, for us, died, and was resurrected, because He loved us.  This is one way, we develop a principle of faith.

We have to extend ourselves, in this love, in this suffering, and carry our cross. For His glory. I hope this will inspire you to reach out, in your sadness, sorrow, or even joy, and give of your heart, in Christ’s name.

SCRIPTURE FOOD FOR THOUGHT~WHATS YOUR MOTIVE TO GOSSIP? WRONG!

AND WITHAL THEY LEARN TO BE IDLE, WANDERING FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE, AND NOT ONLY IDLE, BUT TATTLERS ALSO AND BUSYBODIES, SPEAKING THINGS WHICH THEY OUGHT NOT. 

I Timothy 5:13

Sometimes, people like to talk, just to talk.  Maybe not even planning on being a host for gossip, or with the intention, to spoil a moment.  But think about the atmosphere, think about, what happens, when this does happen, the spirit, of the Holy Spirit leaves.  What brings Gods presence, into a situation?  LOVE!

I am learning, not to always advertise bad news.  Or negative situations.  Bad situations.  What else can you call it but gossip? Give no place to the enemy.  To the devil.  Gods word tells us to submit to God.  We have to remember, not to contribute to these moments.  Because the devil is defeated, by the blood of Jesus.  So, we have to remember the sacrifice of Christ.  We have to remember, not to take advantage, of His grace in these matters.  Again repentance….because we all have done it.  I am sure.  We need to grow up as Christians, in Christ, as His child, but mature, in spiritual matters.   Again, remember the devil is at work in this.  And who else would he love to use but Christians against Christian, in a matter of gossip?  Remember he is the accuser of the brethren.  Revelations 12:10 

I think the one, excuse, that puts my red flag up, is when Christians, go to other Christians, and say, we need to pray for this person, and then spill the beans, about someone.  And it may not even be true, but they use that as a front to gossip.  Have you ever thought, that maybe its love, to not say something?  Love covers a multitude of sins. Proverbs 10:12.  Maybe one should just pray about it privately, instead of slandering, or hurting someones reputation.  In gossip….  

Sometimes, I think, we think, we are being informative, or even exposing things to the light. But unless the Lord, light that candle, its just darkness, reproducing darkness. Something to pray about…..

My Prayer Of Hope….

Father, I ask for wisdom, for myself, and yes the reader in this.  Lord, deliver us from evil.  Deliver us from the traps of the enemy.  To not judge, to not gossip, about one another.  Yes, we can pray for one another, but Lord, sometimes, I detect, the enemy, just using this to gossip.  To give someone an outlet, to plant a seed to judge.  Lord, you tell us, to concentrate, on good reports.  On good things, on you, the beauty of who you are.  Yes, we can  be comfortable with some, and share, but I think if we keep a good balance in this, to not judge, or gossip, then we are protecting the love, for that person.  As well.  And perhaps protecting our own souls.  Lord, I just pray, may my motivation, be in love, to you, and to others.  To not share a bad report, about someone else.  That person is your child too.  Teach us, to not gossip.  In Jesus name.  Amen
